OUR INDIAN NAME MEANS "RUNS WITH BEER!"
It's Saturday! Can it get any better than this? It's the weekend, we're in the French Quarter and the county screwed up and sent us double checks this week! We took all of this as a sign from the heavens that we should PARTY and PARTY A LOT! So here's the deal - our friends Lee & Cindy saw our post from a few days ago and pulled the same same scam on Continental Airlines that we did on American Airlines - hacked their computer and scored some free tickets to New Orleans. When they showed up at our door we knew the party was on!
The night really picked up steam when our local friends Allen & Karen spotted us at dinner. Trust us when we tell ya that the six of us together is a crime wave waiting to happen. We hadn't walked more than 100 feet from the restaraunt when Karen, Cindy & Stacy siezed control of a New Orleans fire engine - well actually they seized control of some New Orleans Firemen! Once that entanglement was resolved we continued the mayhem and maddness along Bourbon Street from bar to bar.
At one point Cindy (who quite by accident had consumed probably 50 rum & Cokes) jumped up and started dancing on the table! Lets just say that while we all enjoyed her version of the Hokey Pokey, management asked us to leave. No big deal, there are well over 100 bars in the French Quarter. We left quietly and were on our way to the next fine drinking establishment when Lee decided to provide his opinion of the last one. The Police Department didn't really agree with his assessment and we ended up spending pretty much the rest of the night at the parish jail trying to raise enough cash through advances on our collective credit cards to make bail. It's like our pilot friends say, "any landing you can walk away from is a good landing," and we walked away from is one, tomorrow is Sunday, and we have plans to pretty much do it all over again...
SPECIAL BONUS DAY - SIX PICTURES!

Dinner - before the liquor started the night spiraling! Felony Number One - Illegal possesion of a fireman!

Cindy did the Hokey Pokey on the tabletop - what a dance! Allen couldn't believe we were being tossed!

When Lee gave his opinion the N.O.P.D. didn't agree. Karen's booking photo at the parish jail is the BEST ever!
