WE'RE NOT TOTALLY USELESS - WE CAN BE USED AS A BAD EXAMPLE!

This is it!  Wednesday - Humpday - Thanksgiving Eve!  We're halfway through the week, we're here in New Orleans and we haven't been outta bed before noon since....since....hmmmm.....lets just say its been awhile.  Today after we rolled out mid-afternoon, it was off to the salon (not "saloon" - surprised, huh?) to get our hairs cut and styled - ALL OF THEM!  Kevin got a little carried away reading Cosmo and even got waxed - BRAZILIAN!  Let's just say that the screaming sounded like a rutting bull elk - it was bone chilling!

After that we both needed medication so we were off to Chartres House in the heart of  the French Quarter.  We like it because you can sit outside, the food is great, the beer is cold and since it's a few blocks off of Bourbon Street the tourists are unsuspecting and let their guard down.  We met a group there from Illinois that fell for our line and probably still don't know what hit 'em.   When an impromptu parade wandered by, Stacy took the opportunity to cozy up and lift their VISA card.  You should have seen the look on their faces when the bill came and they realized their card was gone - of course we acted concerned and even helped them look for it.  After they left, we beat a hasty retreat as well because we figured we only had a few hours to charge it up before they got to a phone and had it frozen.

As it turned out, we never got the opportunity to pick up a few thirty-packs of Coors and some Cheese Whiz with their card at the A&P.  On our way there we ran into some New Orleans firemen and that was it for the night.  You all know about Stacy and firemen, so the night was pretty much over after that meeting.  Let's just say that they gave her a personal tour of their equipment and showed her how big their hoses were.  And you thought firemen were supposed to put fires out, not start them!  Folks, the day was all that we wanted it to be, tomorrow is Thanksgiving and we have plenty to be thankful for...

Stacy gets styled while Kevin was in the back getting Brazilian waxed!           This impromptu parade created the perfect diversion.

Their VISA had a low limit - they are from Illinois!                                                         1,2,3,4,5 firemen - 1 Stacy -hmmmm, good odds!

Stacy and all those firemen - it must have been a hot situation!  Did they start any fires?  We know you two are crazy but we can not help but love you.
