TUESDAY!  Talk about!  Not kidding here - it's Tuesday, let's talk about it!  Okay, we don't actually have to talk about it, but we can at least mutter about it!  We've said it before and we'll say it again - WHY EVEN BOTHER GETTING OFF THE SOFA-SLEEPER ON TUESDAY? (Rhetorical question - remember, you don't have to answer those!).  It's not the start of the week, it's not the middle (Hump Day - Oh YEAH!), it's not Friday, or Friday Eve or the weekend.  Tuesday is like the presidential candidates - full of promise, but nothing good ever happens.  Speaking of candidates, it looks like Obama-Rama is gaining on Monica Lewinsky's ex-boyfriend's wife - Don't ya just love politics? (Rhetorical again!).

SO, do ya think there are any politics involved in the new postage stamp price increase?  What?  You haven't heard?  The Postal Service is gonna balance the national budget by raising the price of a stamp one cent.  Not kidding here folks - AN ENTIRE PENNY!  Okay, we get it, costs go up, (our Cialis costs almost double what it did a few years ago - but we also use a lot more now, so...), but our mailman still complains that he hasn't had a raise in three years.  Maybe he's lying, but he didn't lie when he told us he could get us other people's public assistance checks that were mis-addressed, so why would he lie about his pay?  Besdies, why does he need a raise when he gets to drive such a cool company car?

Look,  we figure that email is better than paying 42 cents anyway.  It's FREE and stuff gets there instantly!  Didn't you all get those packages of crystal meth we emailed to you for Christmas?  Okay, they were virtual packages, but still....  Folks, what the Post Office needs is a sale, not price increase!  Hey, just look at the sale we found on getting our hair cut and colored!  A local salon has a coupon in the paper for $85 dollars off a cut and style.  Now that's savings!  No B.S., just good ol' California prices.  Speaking of California prices, it's been awhile since we've spent our county check at a bar and tonight is just that kinda night...
