IT'S SOOOOOO TUESDAY!  If you are a regular visitor to this site, then you know how we feel about the most useless day of the week.  As a matter of fact, we'll go on record right now and declare Tuesday as the mosted stupidested day of the week - and you can quote us on that!  We recommend that the calendar that you use be upgraded (with a free download from Microsoft!) to the version we use - which doesn't have Tuesday.  Nope, it goes straight (or gay) from Monday right to Wednesday.

Speaking of upgrades and versions and modern stuff - IT'S OFFICIALLY "MODERNISM WEEK" here in Palm Springs.  That's right folks!  Out here in the wild wooly west we don't just talk the talk, or walk the walk, we do it all in a "modern" way!  If your town doesn't have a "Modernism Week," then we bet you still use MS DOS on your Radio Shack computer.  Everybody says the "old ways" are the best, and we agree when it comes to some things (like Beatles music, muscle cars and cowboy movies), but the modern ways of doing most important things (like stripping, making crystal meth and having sex) are much better!  Trust us on this!

Look, we don't say throw out the old just because it's old.  We say throw out the old because they're wrinkled, cranky and smell like dead skin.  Don't get us wrong, we like old people because they don't pay attention and it's easier for us to scam them out of their Social Security checks.  But we also believe in civic pride (that's why we live in a trailer park!) so we wholeheartedly support Palm Springs Modernism Week.  As a matter of fact, we support it soooooo much, we're headed out to the bar right now to celebrate...
