YEAH, IT'S MONDAY!   Carpe Diem (seize the day), Baby!  Okay, maybe not.  Maybe it's more like, "MONDAYS SUCK!"  Well, the whole day doesn't suck, just the part between about 8am and 2pm when we're trying to sleep off our hangovers and the damn process servers and bill collectors keep pounding on our trailer.  You'd think they'd show a little common courtesy since if it wasn't for people like us they wouldn't have jobs.  Ingrates!

Anyway, yesterday we figured since it was Sunday it'D be a GREAT time to treat ourselves to a night on the town.  We rarely get out of the trailer park so this was special treat for us.  We'd made some extra cash selling bottles and cans back at the recycling center so we spared no expense.  We dined at the all-you-can-eat buffet at Pizza King down the block from the mini-mart.  The choices there were AWESOME!

After dinner we headed over to the world famous Palm Canyon Roadhouse (Oh yeah Baby, PALM CANYON!) for a few beers.  That was around 8pm or so.  Around 1:30 this morning, when they cut off our credit, we had to quit drinking and head back to the trailer.  The folks that own the place (Greg & Eleanor) are real nice people, but we understand they just can't be bar owners and bankers at the same time (they don't go both ways!).  Anyway, we found some cans and bottles today in the dumpster behind the mini-mart so as soon as we cash them in we'll be back at the buffet and then...
