THURSDAY!  WOW!  First it was Monday and Stacy left town to take care of some personal items (like her indictment in Utah on felony prostitution charges) and now it's Thursday and she's back in Palm Springs.  In between Kevin was left on his own without adult supervision but with an internet connection, so why no posts?  Oh, he also had a Mastercard that some tourist lost, soooooooo - EXACTLY!  Hey come on!  We all like to watch and those damn pop-up ads keep saying "full access for just $9.95! - INCLUDING THE SCHOOLGIRL PHOTO GALLERY!"

Anyway, Stacy is back so of course we had to go out last night and celebrate.  Let's see, it all began at the world famous Palm Canyon Roadhouse (Palm Canyon Drive, Baby!) and ended somewhere out in Indio on Road 52.  For our readers worldwide, Indio is a desert city about 20 miles east of Palm Springs that is known for two things - cash based home businesses and firearm sales to protect those businesses.  Look, we're not sure exactly how we got there but we weren't under arrest, we still had most of our clothes and we caught a Sun-Line express bus back to Palm Springs for only 50 cents.  Let's just say that'll be the last time we drink six pitchers of beer with Woolite chasers!

Folks, it's Friday Eve, the weekend starts tonight and tomorrow we should be getting another check from the county.  It'll be here just in time since while Stacy was gone Kevin invested all of the money we got from that bogus personal injury claim (hey, we really do have night tremors since that Taco Bell gave us mild sauce instead of extra spicy for our burritos) in Lehman Bothers and AIG stock.  It seemed like a good idea at the time - buy when the price was down -  but now if we don't get that county check tomorrow we'll be eating dog food (again) for a week.  In the meantime there are still a few bars around Palm Springs that'll let us load up on our tab and there's no time like the present...
