THERE WAS A TME WHEN CRIME MATTERED!

SUNDAY!  Here we GOOOOOO!  Mardi Gras is in full swing and so are we.  It all started with some Budweisers in a dark French Quarter bar.  It continued outside of the bar, down the street, into other bars, into a porn shop, into more bars and finally into a private party.  We weren't invited to the private party, but we found a torn-up pass on the street and forged a few new ones for ourselves.

So here's the lowdown on the party.  It was at the Royal Sonesta Hotel (think Shepard Smith and Hurricane Katrina), it was on a balcony overlooking Bourbon Street and it was sponsored by "Brand X" beer.  Realize that with Riding4Beer sponsored by Budweiser (The "King of Beers!") we can't contractually tell you the brand that hosted the party, but we did our best to put them out of business by drinking all their free beer.  Things were working fine until they did a head count and realized there were more people on the balcony then legitimate passes.

Okay, we've never heard of a "pass recount," have you?  Jesus, we felt like we were Florida voters with the google eyed suits examining everyone's pass.  It's not like there were hanging chads.   Anyway, our not-so-good forgeries were discovered, we were unceremoniously escorted to the door and tossed into the Bourbon Street crowd.  Folks, there's a bright spot in this story (besides the free beer).   During the party we found a box under a table and it had bundles of passes for parties all over the French Quarter throughout all of Mardi Gras.  It's not Budweiser, but it's free.......

Here's the forged passes - not bad for a $49 scanner!                    Okay, it wasn't that tough to get past security!

We didn't know this, but it's helpful advice!                                    Soooooo, Kevin told them he thought just like Jesus!

Stacy made friends with all the security detail!                                      Actually, Stacy made friends with everybody!
