LIVE FOR TODAY....PLAN FOR TOMORROW....PARTY TONIGHT!
TUESDAY! Just three measly days until the beginning of the Riding4Beer Magical Mystery Tour (sponsored by those wacky folks at Budweiser!). Today was supposed to be a busy day with tons of crap getting taken care of - but it's turned out to be a MAJOR recovery day. In the Fall, Tuesdays usually are recovery days from Monday Night Football, but this Tuesday is a recovery day from Monday Night Madness!
Last night was the official (we had it notarized!) going-away party for the Riding4Beer Tour (which begins this Saturday - May 23!). We assembled at the world famous Palm Canyon Roadhouse (Palm Canyon Drive, baby! - accept NO substitutes!) along with most of our graduating class from the Betty Ford Center. There were songs, laughter, dancing, tears of sadness, tears of joy, nervous expectation - and then we changed the TV station to Sports Center on ESPN.
Folks, lets just say that it was not an "early" night, but it certainly was an "early" morning when we finally were thrown out and staggered home (NEVER drink and drive unless it's someone else's car!). The twenty things on each of our "to-do" lists for today just got added to tomorrow's - which makes Wednesday (Humpday) a 40 item day for each of us. That doesn't leave much time to h_mp! Maybe we'll just skip items 17, 23, 29 and 38 to save time - besides, our dog can fend for himself while we're gone, there's no reason to stop the newspaper because we steal it from our neighbor anyway, leftover shrimp lasagna should keep three months in the fridge easy and there's no need to pack Viagra when we can always just buy it at a Walmart pharmacy on the road. Time for a beer...

Stacy with a couple of neighbors from the trailer park! Brad realizes he could have been at an Tupperware party!

The only hand that isn't between Lowell's legs is his! Okay, maybe we each had two beers!
